Ian Norris, CIC
Ian Norris, CIC is the principal shareholder of Sabal Insurance Group.
A lifelong Miami resident, Mr. Norris began his insurance career in 1990 while still enrolled in college. He eventually rose to become an executive/shareholder with two large Business Insurance ‘Top 100' firms.
After a great deal of success in working for others, Mr. Norris sought to capitalize on his market knowledge and create a firm which actively engages in finding insurance solutions tailored to hard-to-place casualty risks and middle market accounts. Sabal Insurance Group was borne of this goal.
Since its founding, Sabal has become one of the fastest growing insurance agencies in the Southeast, writing more than $20MM in annualized premiums in 2006. Mr. Norris has served as a Board Member of Associated Home Health Industries of Florida (‘AHHIF') and on numerous professional advisory boards both inside and outside the insurance industry.

Stephen J. Snyder
Stephen Snyder is the National Sales Director at Sabal Insurance Group and specializes in the placement of complex liability risks, large workers compensation programs and health care accounts. He has been active as an insurance agent and broker since 1991.
Mr. Snyder has served as the director of a publicly held beverage company and as an executive in the recruitment field. Prior to his involvement in the insurance industry, Mr. Snyder worked as an investment advisor in Atlanta, Georgia. He graduated with honors from the University of South Florida and resides in West Palm Beach, Florida.
