With whom do you share my information?

We limit who receives customer information and what type of information is shared. The following are circumstances in which your information may be shared.

Sharing Information with Outside Service Providers — We may disclose customer information to companies to provide products and services on our behalf.
Information Disclosed in Other Circumstances — We may disclose information to credit bureaus or other similar reporting agencies. If you are involved in litigation with a third party, we may be ordered to provide information to a court or other litigant. In these circumstances, we will only disclose the specific information required by law in connection with the subpoena or court order.
Medical Information — We occasionally receive medical information about a customer, for example, if a customer applies for insurance from us. We will not share medical or health information except as necessary to maintain accounts, process transactions or provide services the customer has requested or initiated.
